Our Projects
At Complex Social Solutions, Inc., our commitment to creating meaningful change is reflected in the projects we choose to implement or support. Each initiative is designed to address critical challenges, equip local communities, and promote lasting growth.

01
Pumpkin Farming in Terre Noire
We partnered with the Haiti Farmer’s Network to support a pumpkin farming initiative in Terre Noir during a total country shutdown called, “peyi lòk”. Despite the political unrest, we helped local farmers till their land and then plant, harvest, and sell pumpkins at nearby markets. The project allowed the farmers to earn significantly more income to improve their livelihoods, all while showcasing the resilience and strength of the Terre Noir community.
02
Mobile Clinics in Port-au-Prince
Our youth leadership center, Complexe Salon Social, developed a Mobile Clinic Program that placed 5 mobile clinics, equipped with medical supplies and staffed by local medical students, in 5 of Port-au-Prince's communes. The program also included health education workshops for community members. This initiative helped foster self-reliance and promoted preventive healthcare to residents in each commune.

03
Educator Training in Miragoane
Our firm designed and implemented an Educator Training Series aimed at improving teacher performance and effectiveness across a network of schools managed by a private foundation in Miragoane. The training series helped the teachers become more confident in their roles and better equipped to meet the diverse needs of their students - leading to a more effective and dynamic learning environment across the network of schools.
